These Terms govern your use of PriceWatch JP (the "Service"). Creating an account or continuing to use the Service constitutes acceptance.
1. Service overview
The Service is a SaaS that aggregates and notifies on price data collected from public APIs and public pages of Amazon.co.jp, Rakuten Ichiba, and Yahoo! Shopping. We are an independent third-party tool; operations, inventory, shipping, and returns remain the responsibility of those platforms.
2. Account
Accounts are created via Magic Link email auth. You are responsible for the security of your email and session. Sharing a single account with multiple people is prohibited.
3. Price-data accuracy and disclaimer
Prices, stock, Rakuten SPU multipliers, and PayPay bonus values reflect publicly observed data and may differ from actual checkout prices due to observation lag, campaign-spec changes, or platform-side aggregation delays. Final purchase decisions remain yours.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Bypassing API rate limits or sending excessive automated requests
- Reverse engineering the Service to build a competing product
- Unauthorised access to other users' accounts or impersonation
- Redistributing displayed information in altered or misleading form
- Self-clicking affiliate links, reward laundering, or affiliate spam
5. Pricing and cancellation
Premium is billed monthly or yearly via Stripe and can be cancelled anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refund eligibility is described in the 特定商取引法 disclosure.
6. Affiliate links
Outbound product links may contain affiliate tags from Amazon Associates, Rakuten Affiliate, and Yahoo! Shopping (ValueCommerce). Your purchase price is unaffected by whether you click through them.
7. Intellectual property
Source code, designs, and brand assets are owned by us or the respective rights holders. Underlying price data remains with the source platforms and is aggregated under fair-use principles.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for damages arising from price-data inaccuracy, missed opportunities, or third-party platform changes.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes are exclusively subject to the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
10. Updates
Material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance by email and in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
